The car rental price on this site includes compulsory auto liability insurance, third party liability insurance, driver injury insurance, passenger liability insurance (except for overloaded parts), emergency road rescue service, auto theft loss insurance, and vehicle body loss insurance (with own payment).

In addition to the compulsory auto liability insurance, the following insurance protections are also included:

payment method

Charging standard for car return in other places

Cancellation fee

If the customer cancels the appointment due to personal factors, the service fee will be charged according to the following policy. Please note that any remittance fees will be borne by the customer himself.

Prohibited matters

If the lessee violates this agreement, the company may terminate the lease contract and take back the vehicle immediately.

Other lessees shall be responsible and expenses

1. During the lease period, the lessee should carry the driver's license, compulsory auto liability insurance certificate, car rental slip and driving license with the car for inspection.

2. The lessee shall be responsible for paying off the penalty cases, parking fees, national highway tolls and other expenses incurred by the lessee due to violations of the regulations during the lease period.

However, the ownership of the vehicle and its accompanying accessories still belongs to Party A. This contract only leases the vehicle and its accompanying accessories to Party B for use within the agreed period, and Party B does not obtain any other rights.

During the lease period, Party B is not the agent of Party A for any purpose, and the repair or replacement of any parts or accessories of the vehicle must be approved by Party A in advance.

Party B shall pay Party A all rent and related expenses in accordance with this contract during the lease period. If Party B consists of two or more persons, they shall be jointly and severally liable for payment.

3. Overloaded or used as a coach.

4. Used to push or tow any vehicle or object.

5. Modification, competition, off-road or other experimental purposes, including but not limited to driving on a racing track or other tracks.

6. For any use that violates the laws of the Republic of China or other illegal purposes.

7. Taking narcotic or hallucinogenic drugs or driving while intoxicated.

8. Obtain the vehicle from Party A by fraud or false statement.

In violation of this agreement, Party A may terminate the lease contract and take back the vehicle immediately. If there is any other damage, Party A may request Party B to compensate for all losses.

Article 9 During the lease period, Party B shall carry the driver's license, compulsory auto liability insurance certificate, car rental slip and driving license with the car for inspection. During the lease period, Party B shall be responsible for paying off the penalties, parking fees, and national tolls due to violations of regulations. If Party A pays for it, Party B shall be responsible for the repayment. In addition, Party B shall be responsible for the derivative expenses and business losses related to the impounded part of the license plate, driving license or vehicle from the date of impoundment to the day when the highway supervision authority notifies them to take it back.

Article 12 If the vehicle is collided or damaged, Party B shall immediately report the case to the police and notify Party A to claim compensation from the insurance company or the other party causing the accident. Article 13 If the vehicle is lost or stolen, Party B shall immediately report to the police and notify Party A. If the vehicle is lost or stolen before it is returned to Party A in the custody of Party B, Party B shall bear the deductible (if the vehicle is insured for theft loss insurance, Party B shall only pay the difference between the market price and the insurance compensation amount); but If the vehicle parts/equipment are stolen separately, Party B shall make full compensation.

Article 15 If the vehicle is stolen or damaged due to reasons attributable to Party B but can be repaired (total loss standard must not be reached), Party B shall pay the rent as usual during the accident repair and theft assistance period. Those within 10 days shall pay 70% of the fixed period rent; those within 11 days and within 15 days shall pay 60% of the fixed period rent; fifty percent. Article 16 In the event of an accident/stolen vehicle or stolen parts of the vehicle, Party B shall assist in the handling and provide the required information and certificates. If Party B commits fraudulent behavior or provides false reports, it shall be regarded as a breach of contract, and shall bear all derivative related expenses in addition to legal liability.

Article 17 In the event of any accident or damage to the vehicle and the third party has the right to claim compensation for damages, Party B shall not arbitrarily abandon the right to claim compensation from the third party, or act against Party A’s exercise of this right, otherwise Party B shall compensate for the loss.

Article 18 During the use of the vehicle, if any abnormality is found in the machine parts or it breaks down on the way, it should immediately notify Party A or go to the warranty factory designated by Party A for emergency repairs. Party A agrees that Party B can extend the time for waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. In addition, Party B shall not claim compensation from Party A for any inconvenience, time loss and various tangible or intangible derivative losses caused by the abnormality of the vehicle. However, if the vehicle fails within one hour or within 40 kilometers, Party B shall immediately notify Party A to deal with it, and may request to change the vehicle. If Party A has no vehicle to supply, Party B may request to terminate the contract, and Neither party shall claim any compensation from the other. However, in general, Party B shall be responsible for repairing a broken tire or blown tire.

Article 19 Party A shall guarantee that the vehicle is in the agreed use state during the lease period. If there is any violation, both parties may deal with it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as guarantee of defects or non-performance of debts.

Article 20 Party B’s car return location includes the short-term rental bases of Party A in the whole province, but the car should be returned at the car return location agreed in the contract. In addition to the fare of 1,000 yuan, Party A shall charge an additional handling fee of up to NT$3,000.

Article 21 In the event of a lawsuit arising out of this contract, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction, but Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Law and Article 436 of the Civil Procedure Law shall not be excluded. 9. Application of the courts with jurisdiction over small claims.

Article 22 If Party B wants to renew the lease of the vehicle, it shall contact Party A in advance and obtain Party A's consent before it becomes valid.

Article 23 Party B agrees that if Party A fails to return the vehicle within the time limit or fails to pay the rent, Party A may not only retrieve the vehicle directly from the parking place, but also request Party B to recover the expenses incurred in possession of the vehicle; During the period of taking back the vehicle, its rights and obligations are still subject to this contract.

Article 24 Party B/payer pays by credit card, which means that Party A is authorized to process the credit card receipt for payment in the name of paying Party B/payer's fees, and agrees to reserve for Party A the total amount of due and payable fees ; Also agree to authorize Party A to charge Party B/payer various fees through the credit card company of Party B/payer: such as ticket, ETAG, parking fee, overtime, over-kilometer, delayed return, fuel fee, cleaning fee, car damage expenses, business loss expenses, etc.

Article 25 If there are matters not covered in this contract, they shall be resolved fairly in accordance with relevant laws, customs, and principles of good faith.

Article 26 Party A is obliged to keep confidential the personal data retained by Party B. Party A shall not disclose it to the outside world or use it outside the scope of the contract, and shall protect personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.

This contract is made in quadruplicate, with Party A and Party B each holding one copy as evidence.
