The car rental price on this site includes compulsory auto liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, driver injury insurance, passenger liability insurance (except for overloaded parts), emergency road rescue service, auto theft loss insurance, and vehicle body loss insurance (with own payment).

In addition to the compulsory auto liability insurance, the following insurance protections are also included:

(1) Third-Party Liability Insurance: The insured amount is up to NT$2 million per person for injuries, up to NT$4 million for injuries per accident, and up to NT$500,000 for property losses per accident.

(2) Driver's injury insurance: The insurance amount is NT$3 million.

(3) Passenger liability insurance: the insurance amount is NT$3 million per person (except for the overloaded part).

(4) Vehicle body loss insurance: when the vehicle is damaged but not completely damaged, the lessee shall compensate the maximum deductible amount of each vehicle model; It is subject to the specification of each vehicle model.

(5) For auto theft loss insurance, the lessee only pays the difference between the market price and the insurance compensation amount, but if the vehicle parts/equipment are stolen separately, the lessee must make full compensation.

Emergency roadside assistance includes the following services

Car body loss insurance: when the car body is damaged, the maximum deductible amount for the lessee of the C/D/O group car is 10,000 yuan; the maximum deductible amount for the S group car model lessee is 30,000 yuan

5. When the vehicle is damaged to a total loss, the lessee shall pay 10% of the current value of the vehicle according to the contract. 6. The 0-payment plan does not include vehicle theft, wrong oil filling, unknown car damage, full car glass, tires, wheel frames, and the part of the contract that does not cover insurance claims under Article 14.

7. When several accidents occur in the same rental contract, this plan is only applicable to the first accident or injury.

8. In the event of a collision or damage to the vehicle, it is necessary to report to the police and obtain the [Accident Triple Form] in order to be eligible for this service guarantee.

9. Budget Company reserves the right to make final revisions and interpretations of the content of this additional purchase service.

Precautions for online car booking

Lessee (i.e. driver) prerequisites

• Regular car renters must be at least 20 years old; premium car renters must be at least 25 years old

ID is required when picking up the car

Holders of ROC ID card:

Vehicle reservation

1. Vehicle booking and actual vehicle provision are based on the vehicle group. Except for the specific car model discount plan provided by the company, the rental car model cannot be specified.

2. If you exceed the scheduled pick-up time by 1 hour without prior notice, it will be deemed as a cancellation of the reservation, and the company can sublease the reserved car to others; if you want to change the pick-up date, the preferential conditions will be discussed separately.

additional driving

An additional driver of 120 yuan/day must meet the conditions of the lessee and provide a valid ID card and a license that can legally drive in Taiwan.

payment method

When making an appointment, please pay 10% of the basic vehicle fee as a reservation deposit to ensure your reservation. The remaining 90% of the basic vehicle fee, insurance, and additional accessories should be paid at the pick-up site. The fees that need to be paid on-site will be recorded in detail in the reservation confirmation form, and credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX) can be used to pay when paying on-site.

Calculation method of lease period, lease renewal, overtime, and excess mileage charging standards

1. The vehicle rental method is daily rental, with 24 hours as the calculation standard.

2. If the time to return the car exceeds 1 hour (excluding 1 hour), the charge will be calculated at 1/10 of the daily rent on the bulletin board for each full hour, and the charge will be calculated at the daily rent for more than 6 hours.

3. If the customer wants to extend the rental period, he must notify the company in advance and obtain the company's consent before the agreed return time.

Charging standard for car return in other places

A service fee of NT$1,000 is charged for renting a car at one location and returning it at another location.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the appointment due to personal factors, the service fee will be charged according to the following policies. Please note that any remittance fees will be borne by the customer himself.

■ One day before/on the day of use: 100% of the rental fee will be charged as a handling fee

■ 2-3 days before the date of use: 70% of the deposit will be charged as a handling fee

■ 4-6 days before the date of use: 60% of the deposit will be charged as a handling fee

■ 7-9 days before the date of use: 50% of the deposit will be charged as a handling fee

■ Free cancellation is available 10 days before the date of use and the full deposit (10% of the basic vehicle fee) will be refunded.

※Application for cancellation/change must be submitted between 9:00 and 17:00 during business hours. If the application for cancellation/change is submitted after 17:00 Japan time, it will be regarded as the application for the next day.

fuel specification

1. Fuel is not included in the rent. The fuel used by the vehicle must be prepared by the lessee. When returning the vehicle, the fuel in the fuel tank should not be lower than the amount of fuel when the vehicle was delivered. Excess fuel will not be refunded or refunded.

2. The lessee shall also purchase legally sold fuel, and shall be liable for damages if the vehicle malfunctions due to improper use of fuel.

3. If the fuel volume when returning the car is lower than the fuel volume when leaving the car, the lessee must go to the gas station to refuel by himself, or agree to Budget’s charge for the shortage of fuel oil plus a service fee of 100 yuan.

4. The calculation of fuel shortage is based on the published fuel price on the day and the number of liters converted from the fuel shortage. Budget will issue a separate fuel fee invoice as proof.

5. In addition to the above methods, there is also a [prepaid fuel] service. When purchasing this service, you do not need to refuel before returning the car, because this service means that you have purchased a full tank of fuel, and the fuel price is the same as the gas station fee. Unused gas credits will not be refunded.

4. If the lessee damages the vehicle due to violation of the terms of the lease contract or the following circumstances, the lessee shall be responsible for compensating for all losses, and is not subject to the maximum self-payment limit for vehicle damage:

(1) Caused by intentional or instigated actions of the lessee or driver.

(2) Caused by the lessee or the driver driving the vehicle while drinking or taking or using contraband.

(3) The lessee or driver commits a crime or instigates a crime or evades legal arrest.

(4) The lessee permits or instructs any other person without a legal driving license to drive the leased vehicle.

(5) If the leased vehicle escapes after the accident, the damage caused by the accident is lost.

(6) Intentional acts of third parties, collisions with unknown vehicles or objects, natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, etc.), or other unknown causes.

Prohibited matters

1. This vehicle is a non-smoking vehicle and must not be overloaded, and must not carry the following items:

(1) Contraband and dangerous goods.

(2) Items that are unclean or easily stain the vehicle.

(3) Animals that are not suitable to be carried in the vehicle (the animals that can be carried in the vehicle are limited to dogs and cats in pet boxes, birds in small cages, fish and shrimp in small containers, etc.).

If the lessee violates this agreement, the company may terminate the lease contract and take back the vehicle immediately.

In violation of this agreement, the lessee may terminate the lease contract and take back the vehicle immediately. If there is any other damage, the lessee may demand compensation from Party B for all losses.

Other lessees shall be responsible and expenses

1. During the lease period, the lessee should carry the driver's license, compulsory auto liability insurance certificate, car rental slip and driving license with the car for inspection.

2. The lessee shall be responsible for paying off the penalty cases, parking fees, national highway tolls and other expenses incurred by the lessee due to violations of the regulations during the lease period.

3. If the relevant license plate, driving license or vehicle is impounded, the lessee shall bear the derivative expenses from the date of impoundment to the day when the highway supervision authority notifies them to take it back.
